A Loving Father II

This is real love-not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. I John 4:10 (NLT)

Bible Reading: Luke 15:19-32

Yesterday, we said God’s love is wide, long, deep, and high Eph. 3:18, it reaches every part of our lives. In the parable above, despite the graveness of the young man’s offence, his father accepted him and even threw a party to celebrate his son’s arrival back home.  So also, is there joy in heaven over a repentant sinner. Jesus speaking clearly in John 6:37 said; “He that comes to me, I will in no wise cast out”. God does not love sins, but He loves a sincere and a repentant sinner. He does not condemn anyone but those who refuse His love John 3:17-18. He came to save, to heal, to restore man to fellowship with God and to give us abundant life. Receive His love today and all will be well with you. He will re-write the story of your life and make you an envy to your world like the three Hebrew boys in the book of Daniel. He did it for Joseph, God took him from the prison to the palace. Jabez name was changed, and he became mighty, Jacob had an encounter with this God and his name was changed from a deceiver to a ruler. This is what happens when a man encounters God. One common trend with these people is their genuine love for God and their obedience to His statues. Give your life to Jesus today.

Daily Confession: Ask that Jesus be enthroned in your life, tell him to make all things new for you again.

Action Point: But as many as received Him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name. John 1:12
