God’s Grace

“And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all” (Acts 4:33 ESV)

Bible Reading: 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

God’s grace is sufficient in the journey of the new month in Jesus name. God’s power is divine, enabling to do what may seems impossible. In today’s memory verse, the apostles were able to do all that they did because God’s power was with them. With God’s power comes God’s grace to do exploit for the Lord. Through the power of God in the lives of the apostle, undeniable miracles happened. God’s grace goes with His power, no wonder the Apostle Paul says, “I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13). We need God’s grace to do all that God wants to do in and through us this month. How can we gain to God’s grace? First, it starts with establishing a relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour because “yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God” (John 1:12). Secondly, we build our faith in Him through fellowship in His word to strengthen our faith (Joshua 1:8; Romans 10:17). Third, pray without ceasing because through prayer we acknowledge our inability and weakness and his power to work (1 Thessalonian 5:17) and expect Him to direct you and move in and through you every day because God f. Finally, glorify Him for His grace that work mighty miracle in your life.

Daily Confession: Lord I thank you because Your grace is sufficient for me. I receive your grace to achieve all you have for me this month in Jesus name.

Hymn: Amazing grace! how sweet the sound,

That saved a wretch; like me!

I once was lost, but now am found,

Was blind, but now I see
