Let’s Intercede

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men. 1 Timothy 2:1

Bible Reading: 1 Timothy 2:1-3

As christians, Apostle Paul reminds us one of our duties to intercede. Intercession is important because we utilize our God-given power to legislate here on earth through prayer. We cannot afford to leave things the way they are, rather, we are to bring everything to God in prayers. We can stand in the gap for others— from our family members to those in authority etc. There are many things to pray about and with our faith in God we know He hears us whenever we call. Dear friends, I encourage you today to intercede for someone today.

Intercessory Prayer: Pray for someone today.

Hymn: Oh, how praying rests the weary!

Pray’r will change the night to day;

So when life seems dark and dreary,
