Your Faith Is Personal

For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed in a way that awakens more faith]. As it is written and forever remains written, “The just and upright shall live by faith.” Romans 1:17 AMP

Bible Reading: 

Faith is personal. Jesus died for all; individuals make that all. The invitation in John 3:16 is a personal invitation that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. A relationship with Jesus Christ is personal, so is our faith. We have to move from a corporate or general faith to personal faith in Jesus Christ. The just shall live by faith— your faith is important in every aspect of your walk with God because faith is the conduit to receive anything from God. Here’s how Apostle Paul writes it: “But without faith it is impossible to please God; he that come to Him must believe that He exists and He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him’ (Hebrew 11:6). Dear friends, continue to strengthen your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit (Jude 1:20); build up your faith by spending time in God’s word for faith comes by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17). 

Daily Confession: My faith is strengthened in Christ Jesus.

Intercessory prayer: I pray for God to unite families who have been away from one another due to one situation or another by His mercy and intervention.

Hymn: On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand:
